Purchasing/ Refunds:

Prices of available works, products and services are subject to change at any time.

I aim to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all works so that the buyer can make an informed decision before the purchase. However, for any issues with order discrepancies, you must notify Ryen Huntley within 7 days of receipt of your delivery by contacting me on the ‘Contact’ page of this website, here. The customer agrees to assume responsibility to cover all shipping costs for returning items.

Products are provided without framing, or hanging hardware and are being sold as only the work itself unless otherwise agreed in writing or specified in the product description.

Should there be damage to the parcel or item, you should make efforts to document, photograph and notify the courier immediately, upon receipt. If the work has been damaged, please notify me of any problems and I will aim to assist in rectifying the issue.

Where commissions are concerned, Ryen Huntley may require a non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance of commencing work. The amount will be agreed upon with the buyer, in writing, and settled before any work on the commission begins.

Please understand that due to variations in computer monitor settings the authentic colours may differ slightly from the ones shown on your screen. I use industry-standard technology to ensure the images reflect the products in their truest form—as such, refunds will not be awarded should the buyer no longer wish to own the artwork due to the palette not meeting their expectation or change of mind.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services or transactions to anyone at any time without notice or reason.

Shipping:

** NOTICE that orders made on or after 29th August 2022 will be shipped the first week of November 2022 as I’ll be away travelling and exhibiting at The Other Art Fair in Los Angeles**

I primarily use Royal Mail for shipping orders but have the right to use any courier of my choice. If the buyer has a preference, they must notify me prior to purchasing to discuss options and whether or not those expectations can be met.

I aim to process orders within 14-21 days excluding shipping time (some work/prints are made to order, which is why there might be an extended dispatch time). Due to the nature of my work, there may be additional drying time required after the work has been listed for sale. I will aim to communicate with the buyer to give an ETA if the work is not ready for immediate shipping.

The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes/value-added taxes and fees. Should the buyer refuse to cover these costs, the parcel may be returned to me. If the buyer wishes the parcel to be re-sent, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover all shipping charges.

Covid-19- Please understand that there may be additional shipping delays as a result of Covid-19. If I’m advised by the courier of any additional restrictions or potential delays, the buyer will be informed.

Caring for an original painting:

It is recommended that you regularly dust your painting using a dry, soft and fine brush.

Avoid placing the work in a humid area.

Be careful not to store or hang the painting in a sunny room as the sun can damage the artwork and change its colour.

If you wish to store the painting, wrap it in brown paper, then bubble wrap and protect the corners and then protect it in a sold box.
